2. Nature of Our Services
Two Brothers Title Co provides assistance with documentation and administrative processes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not guarantee that a DMV, state agency, registration authority, or other government agency will approve an application, title, registration, inspection, transfer, or other requested transaction.
Government agencies maintain independent authority over approvals, eligibility determinations, inspections, fees, and processing times.

When requesting our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information.
- Provide authentic and legally obtained documents.
- Respond promptly to requests for additional information.

- Not provide false, misleading, fraudulent, or altered information.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documentation you provide.
4. Title and Registration Services
Title and registration requirements vary according to the state, type of property, transaction, ownership history, and individual circumstances.
Two Brothers Title Co may assist customers in preparing or understanding applicable documentation, but final decisions remain with the appropriate government agency.
We cannot guarantee approval where:
- Required documentation is missing;
- Ownership cannot be established;
- A lien or legal restriction exists;
- VIN/HIN information cannot be verified;
- The property is reported stolen;
- The transaction does not meet applicable requirements; or
- A government agency determines that additional requirements apply.
5. Boats, Motorcycles, Bikes & Trailers
Services involving boats, motorcycles, bikes, trailers, jet skis, PWCs, RVs, and other recreational equipment may be subject to requirements that differ from ordinary motor-vehicle transactions.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate identification numbers, ownership documents, bills of sale, registration information, and other documentation requested for the applicable transaction.
6. VIN & Identification Verification
Where VIN verification or another identification inspection is required, the verification process does not automatically guarantee title or registration approval.
A government agency or authorized inspector may require additional inspection, documentation, or verification.
Customers must not alter, remove, obscure, replace, or otherwise interfere with a VIN, HIN, serial number, plate, or identifying mark.
7. Fees and Payments
Service fees will be communicated before or during the transaction where applicable.
Depending on the service, customers may also be responsible for:
- Government fees
- Registration fees
- Title fees
- Taxes
- Inspection fees
- Shipping or delivery charges
- Lien-related fees
- Other applicable third-party charges
Government fees and requirements may change without notice.
Online payment options may be available for qualifying services. Payment does not guarantee government approval or completion of a requested transaction.
8. Processing Times
We aim to process customer requests efficiently; however, processing times may vary.
Factors outside our control may include:
- DMV or government processing times
- State agency requirements
- Document verification
- Mail and shipping delays
- Inspection requirements
- Additional documentation requests
- Holidays or government closures
Any estimated processing time is an estimate and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed completion date.
9. Delivery and Shipping
When physical documents are eligible for delivery, Two Brothers Title Co may provide available shipping or delivery options.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
Once a document has been properly processed and released for delivery, delays caused by postal carriers, shipping companies, incorrect addresses, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Two Brothers Title Co.
Tracking information may be provided where available.
10. Cancellations, Refunds & Service Fees
Because certain services may involve administrative work, document preparation, government submissions, or third-party costs, cancellation and refund eligibility may vary depending on the stage of the transaction.
Government fees, third-party charges, completed administrative services, and other non-recoverable costs may not be refundable.
Customers should contact Two Brothers Title Co before requesting cancellation to determine whether a refund or adjustment is available.
